That's what is so cleansing about this thread...you can let it all out. This was in the 1980's when I bought my first house, we knew the owner before had died and his mail kept coming. So, we kept sending the mail back to the post office. Well, one day a pre-approved credit card came in the mail for the deceased. I took it out and tried an experiment...what if I just take this up to the 7-11 ATM machine and cash advance $300 for myself...just as a goof. Well, it worked! Took the cash, spent it on something, and for about a year trashed all the bills that kept coming looking for repayment. How about that one for a "true confession"? Tweet
