my first coffee enema - good feeling!
Hello all,
I did my first coffee enema ever, today. I have done many flushes in last ten years.
I am giving a detailed description of my process in hope of improving and perhaps help others.
I did not eat after 7pm yesterday. No food this morning, only water.
1. 6am - Took 6000mg Ascorbic Acid Crystals in 16oz filtered water to flush out the colon.
2. 7am - Drank half bottle Magnesium Citrate. Took a long walk in the park. I had some heaviness in the chest. (I had angina a month ago which went away after taking Lugol's Iodine, but ocassionally discomfort returned)
3. 8 to 9am - rested reading and relaxing
4. 9am - boiled organic coffee from S.A. Wilson - 4 cups filtered water and 4 tables heaping spoon of ground coffee.
5. While coffee was brewing I did some Yoga and deep breathing.
6. 10:30am - I layed on my right side on a towel in my bathroom, inserted the catheter in my anus with olive oil lubrication.
7. Let all coffee go in my colon, I did stop half way when I felt I may have to evacuate. But held my anus tight and let the rest of coffee go in.
8. I massaged my abdomin and did abdominal deep breathing while laying on the floor. I had lot of gurgling noises on my left side, so I rolled around with my knees still bent to my chest. When I turned to my left then I heard my liver side gurgling too. I kept on going back and forth and massaging my abdomin.
9. I stayed laying for 20 minutes.
10. I evacuted the coffee. A lot small white mucus was floating around in my BM. My chest heaviness disappeared totally.
A few issues... I had quite a few bubbles in the enema hose in between even after letting all air out before inserting the catheter in my anus.
I had a very hard time getting the catheter in my anus despite of oilve oil lubrication.
All in all great experience, but I must say I have not had the uphoric feeling I had with my first Liver flush, my first oil pulling and my first Lugol's drop. But then I was severly depressed, especially when I did my first LF. God bless the lady on Vegetarian Society's website for recommendng LF to me, 10 years ago.
My special thanks to Uniquity and Steve888 for their informative posts and inspiration.
Thanks to Curezone community for keeping me on the path of healing naturally.
My question is can I eat anything after the enema? Also I intend to do this process in tow weeks, please let me know if I should do anything different.
Peace,
