Yeast are easy to isolate and grow in a petri dish that is sterile, agar that as a media must be prepared with an autoclave for sterilization, then yeast alone can be found, species id'd, so why hasn't anyone here done this, or have they and it wasn't yeast that was found? Being in the microbe business each day has allowed me to understand yeast, at least enough to work with it and to id it, so lets see if anyone else has lab work to confirm the presence of yeast, which they can't do!
