Schistosoma and lung flukes can effect your spleen. The top may be the female Schistosoma and the two bottom may be the male. Usually treated with praziquantel. These things can make us very depressed and apathetic. When the infection starts to clear this will lift and you will feel better. Hang in there and start fighting them. I do not know of any herbals that work on flukes.
