New Month! New Approach!!! anyone with me?


Hi Everyone,

Lately new symptoms have surfaced; broken sleep, bad skin, reflux, lethargy, restless leg syndrome and increased lack of motivation. My current efforts to fight constipation and LG are not working so I've decided to start from scratch.

Its well documented that it takes 21 days to make a new habit.
So for the month of march (31 days) I'm drinking one green juice or green smoothie per day. I'm not changing anything else. Letting things change naturally. The idea is to keep it simple, achievable and consistent. Build healthy habits one at a time for a strong, healthy mind & body - free from any nasty smells or digestive upsets.

It would be fantastic if we could band together and do this as a community (unofficial health trial). And find the answer(s) together.
