question on castor oil

I was diagnosed this week with aggressive Breast Cancer and doing Dr Schulze's incurable.

I am below poverty line and no money and just noticed the castor oil packs.

Can this be from a regular store like Walmart's or does it need to be form health food store to have the correct effect.
