Re: Finally smelled myself!

Lately I have been taking florastor and I have been able to smell myself as well. It reminds me of old meat but to everyone else it is feces. Its still an indescribable smell.

Heads up though. When you start a new diet the first two weeks are probably the extremely worst because your body is adjusting to a new diet/ detox. For some people this can be four to eight weeks it depends on how toxic your body is.

I have seen a lot of people on this forum and others give up after the first two weeks because they get so discouraged at the rate of progress and/or cant cope with the criticism ( some say " since im going to smell like crap I might as well eat the crap that I like")
But if you consistently stick to this diet you may actually make some progress.
