I tried it. It is time consuming and messy, a real hassle mho. If I had some data to show for sure it works I would still do it. But really there is conflicting info. Some say it works, some say it really doesn't.

Just fyi I wouldn't buy Dr. Mercola's liposomal C. It has no liposomes! This they admit when you call or email them. Then they add something like, "Well, just add water." Lame. Seems like a big scam to me. Further how awful that some truly desperately sick people will buy that product thinking it is the real thing.

I will never buy another Dr. Mercola product again. Some doctors make money off of fooling people. Some doctors make money off of telling them they are saving them from the "other" doctors who are fooling them. Sad. Tweet
