Re: Shitty body odor pls help

mate my memory is a little hazy of those times. But i think it was 2-3 months until die off improved and then a good 6 months maybe before i felt like odors were under control. The first few months were very hard, i was in constant deep Depression from all the toxins and i couldn't shake it. Headaches, muscle soreness etc too. Head was in a constant cloud. If i had my time again would have just kept doing daily home enemas as soon as the detox got really bad. That would give you instant relief. I relapsed quite a few times with some shitty eating (unfortunately the body doesn't just repopulate the bacteria and re-gain the ability to digest the sugars, lactose etc overnight!), but never had the chronic persistent odours since.
