Veganism and Adrenal fatigue
OK i just figured out about this section and i guess its better to discuss veganism in here than on the actual AF forum.
Other ppl could be botherd .
Whats ur lots point of views on veganism and AF.
I am talking about PROPER veganism. Not nibbling on a few salad-leaves , or fast-food veganism. Or 80 percent nuts 20 percent carbs veganism.
I talk about whole plant foods veganism. Mainly fruits veggies, starchy stuff, some nuts and seeds.
No juices no oils .... nothing processed (as far as possible)
i talk about healthy veganism. Talk about eating the recommended amount of calories to get all ur nutrients. Micros and macros.
I talk about veganism that usually only needs few supplements like Vitamin b12 (if ur gut is not able to make it on its own) , Vitamin D (if u arent able to get natural sunlight at least 30 minutes per day).
I talk about the way of eating that we r supposed to operate on.
That is meant for us.
I know a lot of ppl that came to veganism coz they were f***ed up. Had adrenal issues, thyroid problems. pcos, pms, hypoglycamia etc etc. and they ve healed it (WITH PROPER vegan lifestyle).
I think i m just one of the few who obviously develope symptomes of AF while already being vegan. I now believe i ve had issues long before but they were just not visible/present. I believe they might have been supressed by hormones in meat and dairy and stimulants like coffee. And r breaking out now, coz i am eating clean now. I hope my body will balance itself out sooner or later because i m giving it everything it needs. Nutrients from plant sources as we r supposed to eat them.
There is nothing in meat and dairy (imo) that we need that we couldnt get from plant sources or produce on our own.
OK enough said for the moment.
What is ur take on real healthy veganism and AF.
Let the discussion begin :)
