Enemas are a big deal.. I only use them to continue to expell those cotton balls, i didnt put nothing in it just plain water and i did plenty of them in a row, always in the time i expelled the alien things... The purpose was just to make things continue to go out of me.

The thing that killed them was a combination of many things, but i guess it was the urine, many dont like this approach but that is not a problem since i see people killing them with other things too like liverflushes, humaworm, ....

I never use nistatin or this kind of thing, just in the begning when i was clueless...

Other thing, when i stop everything i was pretty bad i took a while to get back to normal... Months eating a lot of white rice potatoes carrots simple Sugar even... And the inflammation would come and go until i felt happy.

In my experience the problem is systemic, in all the Gtract, at least i felt like this

And o expelled more than thousands of it, was unbelievable

There is a guy called ten1988 that have been expelled them too
