Hi and My Story with CFS and probably AF

I have been reading you guys for a few months now. I have learned a lot of things thanks to your experiences.

I'm triying to fix my health. I always suspected I could have Hypothiroidism problems but my doctor told me my labs where ok. Researching on the net I learnt that ths, T4 and T3 doesnt say eerything about thyroid problems. So I want to get tested to Free T3 and T4 + autoinmune + reversed T3.

I learn this in STTM web + other doctor's info.

Then I discovered that Adrenals are very important in this matter and if you have an adrenal problem you must fix that first. So here I am.

My mum has Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome + Hasimotos. My sister and I Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome (and prob. thyroid/adrenal problems)

I'm a 33 years old female.

Befor ilness I was an active person, loved sports, but did not overtrain. Just made them for enjoyment.

I used to be thin but strong. I coul eat or do anything. I had a normal life of a 24 years old girl.

I started taking te pill. 6 month later I had recurrent cistitis, E-coli and candida. I started havin IBS sympoms. Bloated and pain that would end up in ER.

One day my body (not me) decided that it was not a good idea to climb that small mountain (something I did all the weekends)

The for 1st time in my life I developed celullitis (maybe I was experimenting and hormonal change back then?)

At the end of the work I woun't want to go out with my friends because I was bussy, or that what I told them. That was not true. I would go home and rest in the coach. I stilldont understand how I didn't see I was tyred.

From then I have had sooo many things including all my joints inflamed (as seen on a blood test) and not been able to walk for a little time.

Sensivity to light, smells, smoke, etc.
Hais falling out
Weight gain
Tyredness all th time
Unable to do sports
Pain in bomes and muscles
Bad memory
Cognitive problems
Dificulty to multitask
The three of us had sypoms of H. Pylory. My mum.and sister did get tested and the had lots of pylori. They followed an Antibiotic curse. I did it the naturl way with biofilms disrupters and all that. Afterwars My tummy felt better.

Also we dont tolerate well Carbs. Its like they dry up our stomach. Like we dont have enough stomach acid. The give us acidity afterwards.

We eat similar to a Primal diet. No grains, no gluten.

I have problems standing up for long periods. Probably Hypotension. They did me the Talt Table test and sow my blood presure drops when Im.standin up. I would get dizzy and would need sugars.

Also in a blood test tey sow my adrenals are a bit low. Dont remember now the word CTHS? (nop)

Beause of that and my symptoms mydoctor gave me Hydroaltesona. Yeheyy!

This did help a bit. I felt able to do more things. I have less bone pains. But didnt help me being able to stand up. And in the summer my blood presure drops. And I have then papitations and feel nervious.
And gave me like a stress feeling. And I aged more quickly. I have been on it for 2 years.

As I want to test to know if I have cortisol and thyroid problmes I'm startingto wean off HC. Whixh is something I wanted to do anyway.

I'm taking 1,000mg vit C and will start soon BComplex + B5 to help the adrenals.

Do you think my plan is a good idea?
Wean off HC. Get tested (Carnarby.org) All about thyroid, 24h saliva cortisol + hormones. Then we will see.
