Constipation wFrozen Veggies & Canned Beans?
Hey everyone,
As some may know (although not sure where everyone is or what has happened in the past 3 years that it's so empty here!), I've been colon cleansing since July, and it's been the past 3 months that have really started to reveal plaque.. and I mean the rubbery, earthy, deep down stuff.
A large majority of my diet consists of ALOT of fiber, although I'm not sure if the fiber is rendered useless in the form I'm taking it in and if it's contributing to more plaque build-up. (if I'm going to be having a clean colon, I can't just dirty it back up)
Frozen store bought veggies and organic BPA free black beans.
Both... of these I've found somewhat mushy, and I'm not sure if this renders the fiber basically useless or what.
If the veggies are left out in room temp. they are basically mush in a few hours... and the black beans are mush.
I'd gladly switch to dry organic black beans and soak them myself, but I'm very chemically sensitive and hyper sensitive and I know that some 'organics' aren't really organic, by how I react to them.
So what I'm asking basically, am I really doing any good if a lot of this food is either frozen or canned?
