Magnesium is low in 23 of us


Have you tried Magnesium supplements or Epsom Salts baths? It is essential for over 300 chemical processes in our body but deficient in the average diet, unless you consume lots of green vegetables, whole grains nuts and seeds, root vegetables & fish.
