Please help me identify these!?!?

I have been releasing worms since last April (2013) so it has almost been a full year. I was diagnosed with Lyme at the end of 2012 and I believe I have had it since I was a kid. I remember playing with pets that had ticks and getting very sick around that time as well. Doctors said it was Scarlett fever and I took antibiotics. I grew up with a lot of stomach issues and constipation. I also had an abusive father and I starting taking antidepressants at age 16. I took them until June 2012 so that was about 16 years of meds daily and there were also times of heavy alcohol consumption in my college days. Anyhow, I first started releasing these worms after taking Parafree by Young Living. The oils started burning my intestinal tract so I took some worms in a jar to my GP and she looked like she was about to faint as she repeated "those came out of you?" several times!! So she gave me a prescription for Biltricide. She said to take the first dose and the second dose 30 days later. After taking the meds it seemed like the symptoms went away for about 3 weeks until they started up again around the 4th week which I would assume is when the hatching takes place!?! So after the 2nd dose I went to ask for me and they said that I would have to take a stool test before they would prescribe me anymore medication. So I was very upset at this point and decided to go the herbal route. I tool barefoots dewormer PWA following Dr Sutters protocol and then I felt symptoms and went back to taking a tbsp 4 times a day. I did that for about3 months and then ordered the PWE package. I am taking the tincture part B one dropper about 3/4 times a day and I am releasing a lot of worms still. So I am very frustrated and I need help!! I am tempted to go back to the meds and just order them online but the more I research I am not exactly sure what I am dealing with. I think I may have tapeworms and rope worms.
