Have you had your Magnesium level tested?
Low magnesium levels can lead to Angina, Anxiety, muscle spasms, insomnia, depression, muscle aches, muscle twitch, restless legs, panic attacks, weak bladder control, extreme weakness or tiredness, irregular heart rhythm, diabetes , hypothyroidism etc. If you have some of these symptoms as well try Magnesium Supplements or regular Epsom Salt bath may make an improvement for you .
