1- I would like to understand the meaning of "taking supplements or antifungals with meals". Do you take them in the moment right AFTER you eat (with some water)? Do you take them the moment right BEFORE eating (like right after you take Grapefruit Seed Extract, you start eating). Or do you take them WHILE (during) you were eating (I do that when taking vitamins, I eat some food, take the capsules, then continue eating).
2- Do you guys think SF722, oregano oil or coconut oil should be taken on empty stomach (between meals)?
