I have been taking 2 teaspoons of Bob's Red Mill potato starch for stomach issues and just with that small amount I have noticed some things. My blood Sugar feels more stable (I have not actually tested it) but my face is breaking out again. Also, I get these weird headaches that come and go and some times feel a little dizzy which I wonder if it is lowering my cortisol? I do have candida issues so I have to start really slow. This is unrelated but one time I took Enzymedica Gastro which is a digestive enzyme and my whole body went numb for 5 minutes so I am really more sensitive than other people. Does anyone know why I may be having these reactions. I want to still try to build up the potato starch but not sure if this is the right route to go.
