Pinching pain in the back is af?

Hi I dont know much about adrenals and detox, but when I was on day 7 of a detox I felt like a needle in the back for maybe an hour and then couldnt breathe well like gassy for 3 hours, doctor checked me later my lungs are clear. And then again on day twelve same weird hell day. It was my first detox, can someone tell me how to help or support adrenals during detox and whats the best order to do detox? liver kidneys bowels?
My adrenals test only show elevated lvls at noon and a bit a the afternoon then normal. It means my adrenals are damaged?. Thanks whoever replies. Tweet
