Possibly have lichen sclerolus

Hello, I went to Gyno the other day and she has asked me to have a sample taken as she found white patches on my labia etc. she said if it is lichen sclerosis then I would be our on topical steroid cream. Now I am reading this could be linked to leaky gut, candida, some kind of imbalance. Is there a diet, would taking oil of oregano help. Do I need to detox? Help it seems to me this should be fixable with fixing gut flora eat. Any advice? Thank you Tweet
