I totally agree Omo - i have found i take in and breath out a big sigh every now and again - usually after a 'stress' moment.

It happened this morning when my crazy horse in heat crashed through the electric fence and went galloping off!
That event crashed me for the entire day really but all day i have been 'sighing' quite a lot to 'release' the shock.

I often thought it would be wonderful if we could shake from nose to bum like dogs do after a stress situation!
Maybe the sighing is the human equivalent of that?...it would be quite a sight to see a human do a dog shake! lol
