Ok thanks, I think they sell Borax as a cleaning agent here in bulk bin stores - isn't it likely to contain pollutants etc though? I have read through some of the posts but dosage seems to vary greatly and it is one of those supplements that is quite scary to start taking and yet lots of people on this forum seem to take it. Do you mix yours in with their iodine?
