Some type of sickness


Hello everyone I am going to try and write a post. I am not the best at writing but here it goes :)

Age=26
Height=5'8
Weight=112
Sleep= 8 to 10 hours
Workout= No because im tired and I am waiting for my body to stabalize I do walk a bit every day around the house

Blood Pressure= Normaly 90 over 60 to 95 over 64 resting
Blood pressure when its low= 79 over 56 and 85 over 53 resting at its lowest also no dizzyness or fainting associated just feel icky or tired.

Symptoms= Low Blood Pressure, Fatigue (Tired on and off all the time can not get strength), Memory issues, Muscle Fasculations/Twitches and Spasms all over my body and it seems when the twitches/spasms get around my chest area it will hit my heart and cause a disturbing shaking feeling like a shock or spasm of the heart or flutter. When i eat too much Sugar or salt or processed foods I get a different feeling which feels like a shock in my heart followed by a strange feeling of being non coherent. Body super sensitive to medications and foods it seems especially Sugar or salt. (Almost like my body is on a teeter totter). I have to sleep mostly upright or at a angle if i sleep completly laying down my spasms and twitches are off the charts and I wake up feeling out of it or brain damaged most of the day and my face will be super pale. Also lots of eye floaters may have no correlation at all.

Diet= Egg Whites, Fish (Tilapia), Spinach, Kale, the occasiona baby carrots and celery, Olive oil, Fruit, Cocunut Milk, Stevia and lots of Water anywhere between 40 and 80 ounces a day (Filtered) and peanut butter all natural which I have halted completely makes me feel icky and will be removing the stevia because when i started eating more stevia my bp went low low.

I make shakes with a blender and mix 10 to 15 tbsp of Olive oil a day for calories along with 1 to 2 cups of spinach and Kale slightly boiled and drained, 5 to 10 grams of Sugar in fruit and egg whites 30 tablespoons cooked in the microwave which is 50 grams of protein and 1125 of sodium and potassium, 8 ounces of cocunut milk and Stevia (Halting this) in the Raw Brand to sweeten 4 tablspoons and the occasional fish 1 or 2 pieces a day some days none at all

What my body craves= Potatoes and Bread which I think means I need carbs, waiting on my quinoa i have eatn that before and it didnt bother me too much so a friend of mine ordered me 5lb of flour :) (Side not when i ate potatoes i felt great almost normal but then my bp went low just as it has with rice and especially oats)

Vitamins= Multi Carlson Mini Multi 1x a day, Advance Physician Iodine 150mcg 1x a day, Sundown Naturals Vitamin C 500mg 2x sometimes 4x a day, Spring Valley D3 400 IU 2x a day and Zinc 25mg (Half a zinc) x1 a day along with 400mg of magnesium broken in quarter pieces throughout the day x1

Medications= Metoprolol 25mg given by my cardiologist to stop the spasms and it did but made me very very weak, I have cut back to 6mg and have experienced more strength and my blood pressure went up...but now it has went back down again. Also on Buspar for anxiety because of the getting worked up over heart issue 10 to 30mg a day and the occasional Ativan which i ordered from india online (Take very rarely) a half a .5 at a time possibly x2 a day. Also take Aspirin 325mg or a half of one and magnesium 125mg in emergencys with ativan .5 possibly once a week and mag stops arrythmias

Diagnosis= Possibly Esophagal Spasms one docter said and arrythmias my cardiologist says. Can not figure out what it is. Also no insurance so can not test further.

Tests Run at the ER and by my cardiologist= EKGs lots of those, X Rays alot, Halter Moniter x1 and Stress test x1, Blood work lots of those, Testing of the Urine lots

What triggers my low bp= Grains seem to trigger a low bp and carbs, starchy vegetables, processed foods

What triggers spasms= Most processed foods, lots of salt and sugar, soy, dairy, and gluten and corn and stress does not help

Hair products and hygene= All natural, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide for teeth and Honest Company hair care and laundry and dish soap, Germx for hands and Honest Company handwash,no colognes and a chemical filter for my shower and wash my mouth when brushing teeth with filtered water, only wash my hands in regular tap water only time in contact x1 or x2 a day if that.

Pets= 2 Dogs and a Cat, been around my dogs for years (3 to 4) and been around cats for years ever since i was little

When did symtoms start= 2011 and seemed to progress, since I have changed my diet i have gotten much better (Been on a healthy Diet going on 6 to 7 months now slowly progressing to healthier foods)

I would love to hear your opinions on what I should cut or do, or what it possibly could be. I know the Lord will heal me and He has been with me this far and He is healing me :) Thank you for your time and replys in advance. I look forward to hearing your opinions and finding a answer.
