Any luck on that? I have identical everything you have, and have been to multiple drs, clinics, and hospitals to no avail. My screen name says it all. Mean while im going absolutly FUKing nuts & feel like death with them/they/its(?) and the family thinks same as the "professionals". Im at wits end with no sign of help anytime,not that ill be here long if they keep on like they have been. I have put MANY specimens/pics/vids/etc..stashed through out Everywhere where they could be found just incase they finish me off before its uncovered uhh i mean "diagnosed w/a treatment" Good Luck To All Who Are Reading This, Signed, Dilusionalpatient.
