I agree with Grizz, enough selenium is the one most often overlooked and most likely to cause problems if missing.
To your question however cod liver oil (if using a quality product) is usually a great source of vit A and D and in nearly perfect ratio. However be aware that adding D will increase your bodies use of magnesium so if borderline low you may start to suffer from mag deficiency symptoms.
Additionally you need a good dose of vit K so the A and D and magnesium can get your calcium where it needs to be.
Recent research is showing vit K to be a huge player in cardiovascular health. A deficiency in K leads to poor tooth and bone health as well as calcification of soft tissue in the body.
