Re: Dosage and method question - black seed oil
Is this a microbial infection of the skin or internal? Microbial infection is vague term. Do not take the oil by itself. The prescribed usage is one tsp. per day with a tsp. of raw honey or cup of 100% fruit juice before breakfast.
For viruses, bacteria, fungi or parasites, there's internal and external remedies you may want to consider.
Boil 1 cup of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with a cup of ground black seed. Allow this mixture to cool a bit and add 4
oz. of black seed oil, mix ingredients into a syrupy consistency. Take 1 tsp. 3 times a day before each meal. If this is an external issue, you can also apply this to effected areas of the skin.
I hope this information helps. If you don't have the seeds or vinegar, and this is topical skin issue, the BSO can be applied directly to the skin by itself. You can also mix the BSO with drop or two of tea tree oil and apply to the skin.
Another internal application, is to add a tsp of the BSO to a cup of organic aloe vera juice.
