Hello, Welcome, and Thank You to Everybody

Hello, Im new here and wanted to meet everyone's acquaintnance..

Since finding out I was hypothyroid in December, Ive done alot of studying on the topic as well as other ancillary topics and thats led me to you guys where I see theres alot of curing here on topics over and above Iodine and I plan on being a regular here because IMO this sort of knowledge is way better to maintain one's health than getting a prescription for some useless drug. (I dont believe in most drugs or medicines)

A month or so ago I told a concerned friend that taking 50mgs a day of Iodine is something id never do... yet thanks to wombat and Trapper, I can say that I crossed that threshold last week and this week have been taking 100mgs.. absolutely no detox effects whatsoever.

Im looking forward to getting to that sweet spot of 300mg that somebody talked about..
