Does binge eating cause thyroid problems?

I have been (insanely) overeating daily for over a month and now I noticed the base of my neck is enlarged.

Two years ago, the doctor told me my results showed that I was in the normal range but the higher end for signs that indicated hyperthyroidism.

I am now planning to Water Fast until I lost the crazy weight I gained. Will this help? I would hate to be on thyroid meds... Tweet
