Benzo Plan. What now?

I will have been sitting at 15mg of Valium for 9 weeks come this coming Thursday.

... where I'm at, things have improved in some ways, gotten much worse in some ways, basically I don't know WHAT is going on and if I'm moving towards stabilizing more or just caught in hell.

... I'm still colon cleansing and dead yeast has been coming out, especially with the plaque I've been passing, so I'm not sure if this is playing much of a part or not.

Uny, I realize you're in a tough spot, and busy, but I have to ask.

If you were in my position, didn't know what was going on but know it's related to the benzos (I was trucking along fine before all the changes), and have been sitting at a stable dose for over two months, would you start to cut now or continue to wait for a few weeks/months?

I need some direction, and while benzobuddies is great, they are all over the place on what I should do.

You're pretty much the only one I trust in this situation.
