Just my opinion. You have lots of head issues-root canal-sinus, brain. I would bet big on dental. Sinus is usually caused by dental
Xray is likely to not show. Most dentist have never found infection without pain being there.
My advice would be go to a biolgocial dentist who has found infections as part of there practice. I would get a pano-cavitat and eav. If all three are clear then no infection.

google dental meridian chart and pick out your root canal and see if it matches symptoms-usually does.
