There might be a connection between PCO and defecation posture

first of all posting here with Firefox 26.0 seems to be impossible (never logs in no matter what), so I had to use another browser.

There might be a connection between PCOS and the "normal" defecation posture (and a lot of other ailments (prostate problems, hemorrhoids, acid reflux, colon problems, etc. etc. etc.)). The normal defecation posture (aka sitting on a toilet) overstretches the pudendal nerve and the pudendal nerve controls the ovaries / prostate. Furthermore the colon cannot fully empty itself.
