Kefir, BV, and eating meat

So I just wanted to post my experience in battling "BV" and two things i've noticed...

background: gyno tested for everything - clear, extremely hygenic, wear cotton only, no weird discharge, no itch, a light fishy smell only develops on outside creases around my area down there.. the smell is NOT coming from inside of me! been dealing with this for about 8 months now..i've tried all the typical natural remedies (apply cider vingar, witch hazel, etc), i've been on Antibiotics and probiotics..no change...

1. If put a layer of Kefir on the outside of my lady parts only, use a pad, and leave it on, the smell disappears!! no smell at all!...but next time I shower, the smell comes like usual :( but I do think its interesting that it works whiles its on.. only done it twice, perhaps if i keep this up eventually it will last :/ anyone else try this and have results?

2. I started eating meat shortly before I started having this problem, after being a pescitarian for 15 years. Does anyone else see a connection between eating meat and devloping this external smell problem down there? I have noticed my BO in general smells a bit more strong/different now that I eat "land animals" , could this also cause a "BV" type smell down there?

Would welcome any insights! thanks
