Lymphatic filariasis

Would the beck pulser be useful for Lymphatic filariasis?

A friend had suggested consuming a lot of crushed raw garlic, for its broad spectrum abilities, and then also jumping up and down regularly to force the worms in the lymph system to flush. I've been trying this and I can feel an effect. I'm not sure if I should do this whilst doing Beck work, as he warned about electroporation and garlic in general.

Secondly, what would be the best electrode arrangement for this? Both ankles?
