Then I would assume you are an athlete, or that the pulse was a little low in the first place.

It is difficult to know, in the beginning, what causes what.
Then we have the fact that you quote friends in here, and several good answers on your posts are bad alerted. Makes me wonder..
This is how the moderating works. Anyway;

Here another case with a high pulse to begin with;

"Started with 2 drops one night with no adverse effect and a slight lowering of my resting pulse, from 105 down to 95 ish. So next morning I upped the Lugols to 4 drops.. and again 4 drops in the evening. By the second day my resting pulse was down to 80!

Its been now 2 weeks and my resting pulse is between 70 and 74.. during the day when active it is around 80!! Obviously I am over the moon!"
