Thanks for this fine, informative posting. I have one anecdote. A Kansas City acquaintance with paranoid schizophrenia/bi-polar disorder saw a Wichita parasitologist (exterminator) and his symptoms turned off like a switch. Treatments were expensive, and could not be kept up, so they crept back.
