Yes, a good suggestion from another nut:).. I did the experiment this morning;

-2 grams of potassium chloride (diluted in water this time!) + 2 grams of msm 1 gram ascorbic acid + 200 mg magnesium citrate.
All fine, and as V have told us; potassium gives you energy.
Some alertness, too.
