Other causes

20. Sodium nitrate, the red dye food coloring in many meats such as hotdogs, sausage, bacon, and old meats, with animal protein forms the carcinogenic nitrosamines, linked to brain tumors and other cancers.

21. Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, AIDS dementia, neurosyphilis are all diseases which can produce Alzheimer's type symptons.
