Effects a year after removal

Hi, this is my first post here, though I've read messages on this board since I initially began to suspect Mirena was causing me health problems.

I had Mirena removed in fall of 2012 after having it in for about 2 1/2 years. I had a litany of issues at different times: crazy fatigue, anxiety, pins and needles, numbness, joint pain, tinnitus...the list goes on and on. One of the things I noticed a few months before removal was I developed an intolerance to alcohol. A glass or two of wine and the next day, I'd feel completely wiped out and often those pins and needles would come back with a vengeance.

So here we are over a year later. Most of the annoying side effects have disappeared. I notice some of them the week my period is due (especially the pesky eye twitch I've had consistently). I'm only a social drinker, but I've noticed that on the rare occasions I do drink something, the same side effects occur. Stabbing pins and needles in random areas (used to be hands and feet mostly, but it hits other places now). Should I be encountering this so long after removal?

I've been to a neurologist and a rheumatologist. Both kind of threw their hands up. The ANA and other testing came back fine. The rheumatologist said sometimes people have issues that doesn't really cluster together as one condition...I'm grateful for that, but still perplexed.

Any insight? Do any of you suffer from these annoyances so long after removal? Thanks!
