Trust, when I see your posts I have a vision of a person standing alone with a Vulture upon their shoulder.
It shows that person feeding it with words from Satan.

Now if you stop listening to Satan those words will not be there to feed this vulture and it will take flight and try find another place to feed upon.

Now when that mission has finished you could take time out and maybe listen to God through the Holy Spirit and just maybe a Dove will flutter onto your shoulder which can be fed the words of God through the Holy Spirit.
You will then find peace within you.
