20 yo w possible seborrheic dermatitis

For the past few years (20 yo now) I have had little white/yellow small flakes on my skin, generally on the sides of my nose, my eyebrows sometimes, my cheeks, my chin, and "mustache area". None of these areas are really red, just a little, and there is no pain at all from these areas. Sometimes I feel like the skin is dry when I open my mouth wide.

I have never gotten any comments on it and my parents say they didn't even know about the flakes being there until I told them to look close. My diet is very good (rarely have sweets and no artificial sugar, stick to mainly protein and good fats with a bit of carbs a couple of days a week). I only drink water and the occasional coffee once or twice a month. I workout 3x a week with heavy (for me) weights and do some cardio. I'm not fat or anything like that and have no other conditions. I don't take any meds and haven't for a while. I only take a multivitamin, some omega 3, and some echinacea and herbal immune boosters (arcozon).

If I look at the mirror from a normal distance I don't really see any flakes. It's not until I move in close that I can see them. However, with the light on I can definitely see them and they are really noticeable. I just try to use water to wash it out but it makes it worse sometimes. I don't use any face wash products and I have been trying to not use shampoo and my hair looks great and not oily. So basically only water touches my face.

It's been only a month since not using shampoo and there isn't any improvement. I'm not sure if I have to wait longer to see if it was the shampoo or not.

The condition is the same throughout all the seasons, as well.

So, basically, if I do have seb d it's pretty mild. I'm just wondering if anyone can give me any tips to get rid of these flakes.

Sorry for the long post.
