Iodine is miracle but only when found in Nature.So i grab
my knife ,dive into the ocean and cut my seaweeds.This way i also get the salt i need.No need for nausea-inducing salt loading protocols.

Btw i cured my hairloss.It was from bad eating and anxiety.
Lugols induces anxiety ,so people avoid it like a plague and only in certain circumstances.
