Recommended daily amount is 4.7 grams, or 4700 mg.

How many people get that amount ? About 2% of the population. And bananas are relatively low in potassium. Just like many things people believe, most of what people believe is wrong.

Personally, I ingest double that amount. When I first started years ago back on Vulcan, I felt every cell in my body light up, energized, tingling. Warmth. Energy. Glowing. My ESP increased dramatically, along with ability to cause synchronicities.
