Re Cant release Coffee Enema

I would guess you are absorbing it. 3 cups is not a lot of fluid. Most people should be able to handle 3 quarts maybe more of fluid in a full colon. I realize you are doing a coffee enema ( low volume ) and not a large volume enema. I would think as long as you are doing a cleansing enema after the coffee you would be flushing away toxins.
