Re: White light...

I am absolutely thrilled to fond this comment as it completely describes my dream last night. I can't shake it out of my head and it felt SO real. I had a dream where I was trapped in a building.like a school or housing..but type of facility. I was trying to hide from people in the building when a very bright WHITE light shined on me. I felt it coarse through my body as if to protect me. I am sure I talked in my sleep loud enough to wake my daughter in the next room but she sleeps through anything. This morning I asked her if she heard me talking last night and she said yes.... She is 7. What I remember most is when I woke up my ENTIRE body was still.....relaxed and very very still. I have a tendency to hold stress in as well as I have MS which makes my body tremor from time to time. All day long I have felt kind of tired (usual) but relaxed like I was floating. I'm not afraid of this feeling, I've just never experienced one like it before. Thanks for listening and if anyone has any comments please let me know. Tweet
