Leaky gut Tough Please Help

Hi there Ive had a year of alot of antiobiotics and had my gallbladder and thyroid removed. Im currenlty on thyroid replacement still balancing but my gut is so bad.

I cant even take probiotics becuase of a bad reaction. I was fine before this year about 6 months ago. I had the stool test that showed only +1 candida but no good bacteria in my body.


I have abdominal pain and diarreah/constiptation for the first time in my life.

Im off gluten dairy Sugar etc but ive lost too much weight and am malnutrtion.

I know I need probiotics but I get such a bad die off from them that I feel toxic and it freaks me out.

Can I have some suggestions please. Planning to see NP soon.

The die off makes me a little crazy.

Can this abdominal pain go away. My colonoscopy/endoscopy is fine! Tweet
