I'm so glad you posted this. It's not just a silly myth - it's dangerous. It completely ignores the complex way the body shifts pH according to the purpose.
Not to mention how it counters the acidity of your stomach that your body needs to digest and kill microorganisms.
Terrible terrible myth. So glad you're clearing this up! I've been drinking distilled water - simply because it's simple and I know it's just water. I can eat foods to help my body get the right pH when it comes down to it!
