Re: Preventing Heart Attacks, Strokes, Arthritis, Alzheimer's, Food Poisoning, Etc

Hey there, I appreciate your post about not eating meat and all the reasons you gave. I used to be vegetarian for most of my life and I developed countless health problem including cancer, Ankylosing spondylitis, and the last one was adrenal fatigue and hypoglycemia. Now I know that some of these conditions may be due to genetics but the adrenal fatigue and hypoglycemia only started to get better after I started eating meat to stabilize my body. I don't know how else to control my hypoglycemia except to eat meat and eggs balanced with good carbs and lots of veggies. If I don't eat that way I feel horrible. I know there is something underlying it, some mineral, hormonal or whatever is out of balance that caused my hypo but I just don't know how else to control it.
