Iodine and Uterine Fibroids

Halo,

I have been researching on how to heal uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts naturally. I don't want to go on surgery, so the day I was told by the ob-gyn that my swelling stomach is due to ovarian cysts and uterine fibroids, I just went home and started looking for the natural medication.
I live in Indonesia, there has been a lot of stories of unsuccessful surgeries so I am really afraid to go on surgery.
My tummy is as big as someone with 3 month pregnancy. I weigh 65 kg with 165 cm height. But I think the weight is from the fibroids, because I am pretty slender.
It's been a year now. I have tried all herbal medications and nothing seems to work.

I have done the first Liver Flush. A lot of small stones have come out and I am planning to do it again every two weeks. And I want to go on Iodoral Iodine. I have ordered one bottle from the US. It is being shipped now.

Meanwhile, I eat a lot of kelps and seaweed to supplement Iodine in my body. Since the day I started, my urine has strange odor that has never been there before. And it has colors too. Is it the bromide?
Is Kelp really high in iodine? Will Iodoral be more effective to heal my uterine fibroids?
