Re: New to H2O2 therapy, please help
- I have read that you should drop back the dose if you feel nausea but for how long?
As long as you feel is necessary.
- And do you have to get to the 25 drop dose?
No. This is just an approximate of the maximum concentration of what the human internal tissues can tolerate.
- Are there any benefits with lower dosage?
Of course, but the oxidation will be less powerfull

- And are there any issues with taking this for an extended period? I'm worried about taking it for too long.
It depends on the concentration you use (how many drops per cup or per liter) and it depends on the amount you drink.

Since h2o2 water is a strong oxidizer, i suggest to only use it temporarily. The goal is to help the cells of the immune system to get rid of unwanted organisms or damaged cells or toxic molecules.
But if you use it in a too high concentration, and in a too high dose, and too often, it will probably deplete your reserves of cells and molecules, and this is not what you want, don't you ?
