Re: Undecenoic Acid or Calcium Undecylenate for Treating Candida?

For some reason taking isolated capric acid seemed to have a much stronger effect than taking coconut oil. It caused so much head fog that I wasn't able to take it for more than 3 or 4 days. As far as coconut oil, it probably depends on how well the individual converts the oil into fatty acids.  Maybe someone who has more fungal overgowth might have more trouble with that conversion and get more benefit from the isolated extract??? Kind of like people that have more fungal overgrowth get better results from  undecenoic acid (isolated fatty acid) . Just surprised that more companies have not not experimented with capric acid. A lot of companies have made lauric acid and caprylic acid but not capric acid. Hard  to say if capric acid could have the same side effects as caprylic acid??
